I've been wanting to make homemade biscotti's for awhile, and being snowed in for a week created the perfect opportunity. I made chocolate almond, and cinnamon almond biscotti's. I think they will become something I will try to keep on hand regularly.
Those look yummy, Brette! We love coffee and tea so it would be a nice thing to have on hand. My siblings are sleeping over this week so I need to make some treats :)
